there has been sooooo many different variations of olivie.
some make it w/ chicken. some with kalbasa, some with sosiski.. some put this but not that, some put that but not this. and i love it all!

There still are so many recipes for oliv'ye. Same goes for plov. But it's the same for every culture!!! Look at all the pizza styles!
