I have been to that Moroccan restaurant. Its deff unique but I dont remember food being that good. Go to Melting Pot.
heard that melting pot is WAAAY overpriced and u end up cooking ur own food that is so-so...true or false?
Oh crap did not read the family part
I love Il Pizzico ... but you will have to come early and call for a reservation. The food is amaizing! I mean its amazing!
Its on Rockville Pike, on the corner of Pike and Goody Sort of across from the Comcast complex, very small hole in the wall. But they have been in business forever!
i wona go to marrakesh but without parents --i duno how much they'd dig the whole washing hands ritual mheheh.
ok so far houstons and il pizzico sound awesome. thank u thank u : )
Melting Pot IS overpriced but you leave stuffed and the quality of the food is awesome. You cook your own food but trust me anyone can cook it. Its a fondue type of restaurant.
you should check out Clyde's...they have locations everywhere...it costs more than your average restuarant but very nice and food is very good
clyde's is nice....the one in Tower Oaks...

FOGA DE CHAO is great......brazillian BBQ.......lots of meat though......

i love this place they have the best duck ever!!!!
My FAVORITE restaurant is Benihana. I go there around my birthday every year, too. I loooooove it. Smile The one at Georgetown Mall is the best one here. Ooooooh I want to go to the Benihana in Key West Big Grin

Also love:

PF Chang's China Bistro, Tara Thai, Bertucci's, Ruth's Chris Steak House (expensive but fabulous!!!), Chart House (in Old Towne Alexandria)

Zatinya near Chinatown/Gallery Place has really good tapas. I ate there once a long time ago for a friend's birthday, but it was very busy on a Friday.

Clyde's in Tower Oaks is great. I love the atmosphere there.
Melting pot is extremely overpriced.
It is a nice place to have some unaccompanied romantic time, feed each other and so on. Otherwise, the food assortment is very simple nothing is cooked or prepared very easy to get ill.
My favorite restaurant is Pisces on Harbor.
It is very concealed, you always need to have reservations, very little people know about it, but everyone who does love it.
