i can't figure it out.

if anyone knows PHP, i'd love some help.


it keeps giving me an "undetermined variable" or whatever in this one line (the one that lets you download the songs) and i don't understand what is wrong with it.

ok i'm really really confused. how do i upload music in this new pretty setup?

you have to login.

the login is on the left side. you can use the general login name:

username: xrum
password: xrumxrum

as a well-wisher, id just like to put in my 2cents of criticism

the whole new jukebox business (which im sure was done for overall convenience and improvement) has been giving me trouble all along ---> the end result: i cant upload music anymore. first, it was just an error message. now my songs arent in the right format... the prev jukebox never discriminated like that

I tried to upload a song today and it gave me this error:

Warning: fetchmethodform(/home/content/M/a/d/MadamZuZu/html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/M/a/d/MadamZuZu/html/components/com_docman/includes_frontend/upload.php on line 69

just keep trying to upload.
I was getting the same message yesterday

at which point do you get the message?

are your files over 8MB? becuase that could be the reason...

well as it was downloading and then it would take me to the page to do the final submitting and instead i would get that message.
then i would go back and try to upload again - and its funny because sometimes i would get an error that the song was already submitted and sometimes it would go through like nothing happened.

make sure your files sizes are not over 8MB. ...

were the songs submitted? are they there? or did not go through?

yeah mine was over 8mb. Man all the songs that I want to submit are over 8mb. If I get something else that is good and under 8mb I will upload.

if you want, i can give you limited ftp access - you can uplaod songs there, and i'll put them on the jukebox....

how can i play newly added?

hm... you can't... but... if you kow which ones were added(you'd have to go to the music seciton on xrum, and sort by date), you can click on the little funky star in the jukebox (right corner), which will unrandomize the songs, and alphabetize them, then you can find the song you want to listen to

thanks Zu, I am also adding a little more onto the FTP but I will let you know when you can move them here. Just so you dont have to go back and forth.
