what happens to all the leave one has, if one was to quit?

does one get paid for it? or does one lose it?
you get paid for whatever you accrued up to date
or u could take the leave - before u quit ...so u have a vacation and then quit
It depends on your company's policy. Most company's pay you for whateve you accre, however not all of them. You need to eiter ask your HR or look in to the employee book. Also make sure that you give them notice as long as you are required by comp. policy or they are not required to pay you anything and can actually withhold from your last check.
you have to give the 2 weeks notice, so you can get the paid holiday
do i lose my sick? Muahaha! i should start getting sick more often...

p.s. ALina - i'm still working on that stupid resume. will send it to you as soon as i'm done.
unless you have personal days ( include both vacation and sick without distinction) then yes you loose your sick days. Also they have legal right not to count your sick days as notice days if they choose.
I think vacation could be payed to you and sick you will loose. It should be in the company policy, ask for it in HR
