i don't get this one:

How many minutes would the pills last?
Take One+30min-Take Second + 30min Take third = 1 hr/60min
what about after the third? isnt the pill still working?

take 3rd and it lasts for 30min ...
so 30min x 3 = 90 min

so you'll haev them in your hand for 60 minutes

the effect of pills usually lasts for many hrs. the question is for how long you have them.
