if i play them in winamp. it shows as 0:00 all the time
if windows media player - tells me the fomrat is unknows
if i try to add it to zune - tells me that format is unknown as well.


if i view files by detail - they are all bout 5-6kb, which is normal


somebody help. i dont kunderstand whats going on

5-6kb is not normal....it has to be megabytes

yea, your right about the sizes, oops

its really wierd. it's MB on the server, but when i download them (drag and drop), they turn into KB....


by the way, i assumed that everything was okay, and as soon as i downloaded your songs, i deleted them from the server.

there's a Fonarik folder there, with songs. can you see if the same thing happens to you? try to use Windows Explorere to get the songs


this is super wierd. it worked fine at work....

I don't know how you use IE...it tells me it's forbidden...I used ftp client to upload the songs before...i'll try to get them using the client and see what happens

the songs on my PC are in "thousands" of KB, so i'm assuming it's okay

none of them play.
i think it's something with my codecs. i uninstalled some, but nothing.

uploading to jukebox now, seems to be working. it jus sucks becuase i can't add anything to my mp3 player

So do you need me to upload my songs again?

Just try reinstalling your codecs I guess....did you install something new that could've made this happen?

nope i still have all your files and , i think once i put them on the jukebox they will play.

Actually my songs in the jukebox don't play....the rest of them do

Tanya, try this:

Download K-Lite codec pack, install it. Make sure you check the MP3 decoders to be installed.
Reboot.
Try to play the songs again.

i just uninstalled k-light. LOL.

very wierd. i just tried to download one of marik's songs from work, and they play.

bazza's - i uploaded the files i downloaded yestterday back to the server, and now they don't work (but the sizes look okay)

what i don't understand is how can downloaidng files corrupt them?
i downloaded all of bazza's files and deleted them from the server, they didn't play on my pc, i uploaded them back, now they don't play anywhre.

i downloaded marik's files and did not delete them from the server, they did not play, now i download them again from work, and they work.


but. why are bazza's not playing anymore.

Because they got corrupted when you downloaded them...

can you uplaod them again? I'll use a differnet PC to do them next time
